Wouldn’t you like to know an effective way to follow up with decision-makers after an interview? Following up with a company after an interview does not need to be hard or stressful. Like other parts of your job search, if you have a strategy for interview follow up, you will be more effective and get better results.
Three questions for job searchers during this Coronavirus pandemic: 1) How will I know if a company will have a hiring freeze?, 2) I have never done a video interview. What do I need to know? and 3) I have a job but was looking for another one. Should I continue to do so?
Should I go with the new employer or stay at my current employer? There is no one right answer to this question. A lot of this will be in the “it depends” category. One thing you must do is go back and assess the reason(s) that you decided to look for a new job in the first place. Will your issues be addressed by the counter offer?

When you make the answer to the question, Why do you want this job? about what you want and not about what you can do and how you would be a fit, you put yourself at a disadvantage to those that know how to properly answer this question.
